Connect a domain you already own
Use a domain from GoDaddy, 123 Reg, IONOS, Namecheap or anywhere else.
If you bought your domain somewhere else, you can keep it there and point it at your website.
- 1Go to Dashboard → Domains and choose to connect a domain you own.
- 2Pick the website it's for and enter your domain.
- 3We'll show you the exact records to add.
- 4Log in to the company where you bought the domain (your registrar), open its DNS settings, and add those records exactly as shown.
- 5Come back to the dashboard. We check automatically and connect your domain once it points to us.
Tip: Copy and paste the values rather than typing them, as one wrong character stops it working. If your registrar asks for a "Host" or "Name" and you're connecting the main domain, it's often written as @.
How long does it take?
Usually minutes to a few hours after you add the records, depending on your registrar. Occasionally DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to reach everywhere.
