Do I need a domain from you?
No. It works with a domain bought here or one you already own. For domains bought here, the email records are added automatically. For other domains, we show you the records to add.
How do I read my email?
In your browser with webmail, or in the mail apps on your phone and computer.
When can I start using it?
Once your domain is verified for email, which is often quick but can take a few hours. You'll then set your mailbox password from your dashboard and you're ready.
Is my password stored?
No. You choose your password at the moment your mailbox is created, and it's never saved on our side.
