Build your first website

This guide walks you through the whole journey: choosing a type of website, picking a design, letting the AI write your content, editing, and publishing.

1. Choose what kind of website you need

Click Start building on the homepage. You'll be asked to choose between Single Page, Multi Page and Shop. Not sure? See Choosing the right plan.

2. Pick a design

You'll see live previews of the designs in that category. Click one to open a full-screen preview you can scroll and click through. When you find one you like, choose it to open the editor.

3. Follow the set-up steps

A short guided set-up runs the first time you open a new site:

1. 1Enter your name or business name and contact details.
2. 2Add a logo if you have one, and pick fonts.
3. 3Choose your colours.
4. 4Write a couple of sentences about what you do. Be specific: who you help, where, and what makes you different.
5. 5Wait a few seconds while the AI writes your pages from your description.

4. Edit anything

Your real website appears on the right. Use the menu on the left to open each section, then change text, images, colours and sizes. Everything updates live. See Editing your website.

5. Save and publish

Click Save at any time (you'll be asked to log in or create an account the first time). When you're happy, click Publish. See Publishing your website.
